Upon joining zSpace, I assumed ownership of the zSpace brand. It was hastily created, poorly documented, and inconsistently implemented by an outside consultancy.
My first actions, based on the goals of making the brand clearer and easier to use, were to base the brand on fewer core assets. I simplified and streamlined the brand marks, rationalized the color palette, and aligned the brand guidelines with these assets.
The updated brand was applied to a wide variety of customer facing media including packaging, marketing collateral, desktop wallpaper, university outreach collateral and conference booth design.
